This site was created because I have a great interest in developing myself, and to help developing others. To learn new things, to grow, to take good care of myself and to FEEL GOOD – in my head, heart and soul! I want to share with you my thoughts and experiences, insights and learnings, and hopefully inspire you to keep levering your personal development, on and off the mat. Always with a positive mind.

The blog is focusing on personal development, personal leadership, health and exercise, with yoga and mindfulness meditation as main focus. Since I love quotes, I regularly post and highlight quotes from the known and unknown, as long as there is a positive and thoughtful message in them.
