Today I will share with you my first tip and source of inspiration. It is a book called “The Monk who sold his Ferrari” by Robin Sharma. The first time I heard of this book was many years ago, when a former colleague of mine was telling me (in a very enthusiastic way) about this book that had a lot of impact on him. So much that he now got out of bed at 5 AM in the morning (!). Thinking my colleague was a bit crazy to be honest :-), but I was very interested in the story already then, only the title alone really catches ones attention, but, unfortunately, I never took the time to read it. It was when I started listening to audio books a while ago, that this came into my mind again (by the way – if you have not tried to listen to books instead of reading – try it! You will find the time to read a lot more books and you can use it as a meditation almost, once you are doing the gardening, your vacuum cleaning or just talking a walk).
I recommend you to read or listen to the book more than once, to really catch the messages in there. This could be the book that makes you think a bit different, help you develop personally, both mentally and physically.
Wish you the best of luck and hope you enjoy the reading. Take care. Namaste.
