Monday morning feeling

Every week has a new fresh start, the Monday morning. Not only the beginning of the day, but the beginning of a new week full of possibilities.

Start the day with exercising, yoga is my choice, then take the time to reflect and listen in to how you feel, starting this week. Think about what you want to achieve and focus on during this week, maybe set an intention. What positive things do you want to fill it with? What new things do you want to learn, what experiences do you want to get?
