What is your dream in life? Is your dream big enough for you? Are you taking any actions to make it happen?
It is easy to let the past limit what you think you can do with your life. How you have been living your life, what and how you are today, what you are doing today, what relationships you have, what situation you are in, what profession you have, and so on. You keep doing the things you do, because it is the easiest solution, even if you might have a feeling that you wish you could do something else in the future. And you can! It does not have to be the way it is today for the rest of your life, if you do not want it to be so.
It takes effort to change and to transform into something else. And you have the power to change within you, believe it or not. It is just a matter of listening in to your head, what are you thinking about, and to your heart, what are you really feeling? What do you really want to do with your life? Maybe you know already, or maybe you need to do some soul work at first, to listen in to your inner voice, if you have not been paying much attention to it before. To help you with this work, you can always use yoga and meditation, a perfect way to start listening in to yourself, your thoughts and your feelings. To find what makes you feel happy and in balance, should there be something missing today.
Do not let your past limit your future, and do not listen too much to what other people think. Like Walt Disney said, ‘it all started with a mouse and a dream’. So go Dream Big and make it happen!
