Being balanced

I believe that life is all about finding balance. Balance between your work and private life, the known “work-life” balance. Balance in your diet, keeping a healthy diet with not too much and not too little out of anything. Balance in raising your children. You need to be there, to show that you love and care for them, and still you need to step aside or away sometimes to make them grow and stand on their own.

It is the same in yoga, using your balance in a lot of your poses, being balanced in your breathing, in your transition in and out of poses.

When you are in balance it shows. Both in yoga, getting into the poses of balance is so much easier. You can keep focus, with ease. And in life in general then you have a balanced temper, your feelings are more balanced. So strive to find this balance of yours, in all that you do and in your everyday life. It will feel so much better when you do.
