Mental closure of 2021

Photo cred today Pexels

Have you started to think about what has happened in the year of 2021 ? Good things that made you happy? And things that were not as good, but maybe they made you develop as a person in some way? And, what things will you bring into 2022? Also, what things do you not want to bring into 2022?

I like to make this type of mental closure before a year ends. By journaling, evaluating and reflecting on the important things that has happened during this time.

I really recommend you to take this time, on your own, sit in silence, and try to answer these questions, and write it down. To process, appreciate, learn, and sometimes, let go.

It is only after this mental closure of a year that I start to plan for the next. When you can let go of this year, and move on to the next. Bye bye 2021 and welcome 2022!

To me, this is the best way to close a year and be able to look ahead and set plans for a new, fresh year, full of potential and opportunities! You can make what you want out of it. So what do YOU want to bring into 2022? Fill it with something good.

Wish you the best. Take care. Namaste.
